Original Spanish poster advertising the Fiestas del Ángel in Teruel, Aragon, Spain, in 1972. The festival took place from July 4th to 10th.
Historical context:
The festival has its roots in medieval times, commemorating the founding of Teruel by Aragonese knights led by a bull.
Style:
These two bulls are reminiscent of the rock art in the Teruel area. I have attached a photo of a bull found in a cave near Teruel to compare it with the poster (last picture).
